| About Dr. Dave Driscoll, DVM |
|
“Where you and
your pets are treated like family” is
the motto that we practice by. Our staff and doctor treat
every pet as if he or she were our own. Each client is
treated with the care and respect that we would give a
close relative. At the end of your visit with us, we want
you to know that your pet was given medical treatment
that is both caring and knowledgeable.
Dr. Dave is a Southern California native. He
started his schooling at The University of Arizona in
Tucson, AZ where he attained an undergraduate degree in
Veterinary Science/Microbiology in 2000. He then went
on to veterinary school at Colorado State University in
Fort Collins, CO and graduated in 2004. After graduating
from veterinary school, Dr. Dave completed a one-year
internship at a large referral hospital in Los Angeles,
CA which consisted |
|
of intense training in medicine, surgery,
and emergency care. He takes special interest in the Human-Animal
Bond and was on the American Veterinary Medical Association’s
committee to the Human-Animal Bond. Dr. Dave is also an avid surfer.
When he is not caring for your pets, you are likely to find him with his wife, two sons, and dog at a surf break anywhere from Huntington Beach down to San Onofre.
We have an excellent staff at Irvine Boulevard Animal
Hospital. Our receptionist Tami has been with the practice
for 10 years and knows the majority of our clients and
pets by memory. Our RVT, Chris, has been with the practice for over 6 years.
We are a family-owned veterinary practice, so on any
given day you may see Allison (Dr. Dave’s wife)
or Paul (Dr. Dave’s brother) working at the front
desk or in the treatment area.
We look forward to meeting you and your pets! We invite
you to feel comfortable while you are here and get to
know us on a first-name-basis. |
